Amazing level of communication. My son at college had a vehicle problem, did not know the nature of the issues. The vehicle was making a racket, and smoking. I was 7hrs away, trying to address this issue. We had AAA tow the vehicle to G&M, note we selected G&M based on reviews, not knowing any of the shops in the local area. G&M assessed the vehicle, provided complete details of the necessary repairs. Called back later to advise of a small issue, and how they were going to resolve it. The level of communication, and care provided was exceptional thought the whole process. Feel very fortunate to have found G&M to resolve my sons vehicle repair. Also to have a shop I can rely on for my son to address any future maintenance or repairs.
